We offer flexible leasing options and full-service boarding designed to support riders at every stage of their riding journey. Whether you’re looking for consistent saddle time without the commitment of ownership, or a safe and attentive home for your horse, we provide the individualized care, consistent turnout, expert oversight, and calm environment to meet your needs.

Leasing
Boarding is available for both active riders and those seeking a long-term home for their horses. (see Retirement Boarding below)
Full board does not include veterinary or farrier costs, equine insurance, supplements, or special medical care.
Additional charges may apply for prolonged or specialized care.

Sunny Brook Farm offers attentive, full-service boarding in a relaxed environment. Our staff knows each horse individually and takes a hands-on approach to daily care, ensuring horses remain healthy, comfortable, and well cared for.
Horses are housed in bright, airy 10' x 12' matted box stalls and enjoy daily turnout across 13 acres of pasture and paddocks, with ample space and consistent access to quality hay. Boarders benefit from multiple riding areas, an indoor hot water wash stall, well-maintained facilities, and receive discounted lesson and training fees, individualized to meet your needs.
For owners seeking a safe and peaceful environment for their retired or lightly worked horses, we offer retirement boarding focused on comfort, routine, and attentive care. Each retiree receives daily monitoring in a setting designed to support long-term well-being.
